At Lead to Opportunity (LTO), we are committed to responsible outreach and communication practices. We do not tolerate spam and take active measures to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-spam regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act.

What We Do

 

  • We only send emails to recipients who have:

    • Opted in to receive communications

    • Shown legitimate business interest through event participation or demo requests

    • Been contacted as part of a narrowly targeted B2B campaign relevant to their industry or role

  • We include a clear unsubscribe link in all non-transactional emails

  • We maintain a suppression list and immediately stop all contact upon request

  • We never send bulk or unsolicited email using harvested lists or purchased data

 

Outreach Sources


Our outreach focuses exclusively on B2B professionals and exhibitors at industry events, and is based on:

  • Publicly available exhibitor lists

  • Trade show and conference activity (such as LinkedIn posts)

  • Data provided by prospects or their organizations directly

If you received an email and believe it was sent in error, please forward it to marketingtech@joinlto.com or contact us at hello@joinlto.com. We will investigate and immediately suppress future communication if appropriate.

We regularly audit our outbound systems and review campaign data to prevent abuse or misclassification.
